Comments not loading or giveaway not starting
Please check the following: • Make sure the post's comments are not disabled. • The post owner's account must be public (not private). • Temporary TikTok issues may occur - wait a few minutes and try again.
I'm getting an "TikTok post not found" error
Check your post link: • Try copying and pasting the link directly from the TikTok app. • The link should look like https://www.tiktok.com/@username/video/1234567890123456789 - photo posts use /photo/ instead of /video/. • Make sure the post does not belong to a private account.
