Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern every visit to drawpicker.com and every draw run with DrawPicker; creating an account or starting a draw means you accept them. DrawPicker is an independent service, not operated, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.
What does DrawPicker actually do?
It loads the public comments under a TikTok post you choose, applies the settings you pick on the form (winners, backups, minimum tags, repeat entries) and selects winners at random from what remains. Each draw receives a giveaway code that opens a public result page. DrawPicker never posts on your behalf and never contacts participants.
Who may open an account?
Anyone aged 13 or older with a working email address. Everything done under your login is your responsibility: keep the password to yourself and write to hello@drawpicker.com if you suspect misuse.
How do credits and the free limit work?
A draw is free when its posts have 500 comments or fewer in total. Above that, it costs one credit for every comment on the post, or on all merged posts combined, bought as packages on the pricing page. Every package is a single purchase: nothing renews, there is no subscription, and unspent credits stay on your account with no expiry date. Prices are shown in US dollars; at checkout the amount may be converted and charged in your local currency.
Who processes the payment?
Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. Dodo collects the price, adds and remits the sales tax or VAT that applies where you are, and confirms the order so the credits can be delivered. Card details stay on Dodo's side and are never stored by DrawPicker. Refunds follow the separate Refund Policy.
Which posts may you draw from?
Only your own, or posts whose owner has asked you to run the draw. Interfering with another creator's giveaway, running misleading or unlawful promotions, breaching TikTok's rules or flooding the service with automated traffic breaks these terms, and the account involved may be closed without notice.
Who is responsible for the giveaway itself?
You are, as its organiser. Choosing the prize, writing the entry conditions, checking that the promotion is legal where your audience lives, delivering the prize and dealing with participants are your obligations. DrawPicker charges participants no entry fee, takes no share of any prize and does not organise or sponsor the giveaway; it only performs the random selection you request.
What if something goes wrong?
The service is offered as it is and as available, with no promise of uninterrupted operation; TikTok may change what it exposes, and a draw may fail or be delayed as a result. Whatever the cause, DrawPicker's total liability towards you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and never covers indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
Can either side end the relationship?
Yes. You may delete your account at any moment from the account menu or by emailing us. DrawPicker may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms.
Ownership, revisions and language
The DrawPicker name, logo, site and software belong to us; copying or reselling them needs written permission, while the results of your own draws remain yours to share. We may amend these terms; the revision date sits at the top of the page, and continued use after a change counts as acceptance. The English version binds both sides; translations are for information only. Questions: hello@drawpicker.com.
