Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This privacy policy explains what DrawPicker does with the information that passes through drawpicker.com when you sign up, paste a TikTok post link and draw winners from its comments. DrawPicker is an independent service with no connection to TikTok or ByteDance.
What happens to the TikTok post you paste?
A draw begins with the link of a public post. From it we read the public comments, the usernames of the people who wrote them and their profile pictures, and the random selection works on exactly that set. Profile pictures are downloaded at the moment the draw runs, because the image links TikTok hands out expire after a short time. Once the draw is over, a result page shows the winners' usernames and winning comments to anyone who enters the giveaway code, so treat that page as public.
Which details do we hold about you as a member?
- Your account: the email address you registered with and your password. The password is kept only as a hash, so nobody at DrawPicker can read it back.
- Your orders: which credit package you bought, when, and the order reference sent back by the payment provider.
- Technical traces: IP address, browser type and pages opened, via the cookies listed below.
How are payments handled?
Credit packages are sold through Dodo Payments, the merchant of record for every order. Dodo takes the payment, collects and remits the taxes that apply in your country, and confirms the order so credits can be added to your account. Card numbers travel between you and Dodo only; DrawPicker never sees or stores them.
How long do we keep everything?
Account data stays for as long as the account exists, and finished draws are kept so that giveaway codes keep resolving to their result pages. You can close the account yourself from the account menu, or write to hello@drawpicker.com and ask us to delete it; personal data is then removed, unless accounting or legal rules require a record for a limited period.
What can you ask us to do?
Wherever you live, you may ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, receive a copy in a portable format, or object to a particular use of it. Send the request from your account email to hello@drawpicker.com; we may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Who else receives your data?
Nobody buys it: DrawPicker does not sell, rent or trade personal information. The only recipients are the companies that keep the service running, each limited to its task: Dodo Payments for checkout, Brevo for account and support emails, and our hosting provider. Otherwise data is disclosed only where the law requires it.
Which cookies and third-party scripts are on the site?
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in and protects forms against forged requests.
- Google Analytics 4, which gives us aggregated page and traffic statistics.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells forms whether a person or a bot is submitting them.
Your browser lets you block or delete cookies; only the session cookie is needed for the site to work.
Where is the data processed?
Our servers and the providers named above may sit in countries other than yours. Where data crosses a border, we rely on providers committed to protecting it.
Age limit, revisions and language
DrawPicker is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep their data; tell us if a child has registered and the account will be removed. We may revise this notice as the service changes; the date at the top shows the latest revision. The English text is the binding version, other languages are offered for convenience only. Questions go to hello@drawpicker.com.
